Inclusion | Equity | Culture | Leadership | TEDx Speaker | LinkedIn Top Voice for Cultural Competence | Founder @ Sister Sister Network and Inclusivitii
Merging my intersectional lived experiences with academic insights and expertise in change management, I founded Inclusivitii and The Sister Sister Network. These initiatives aim to bridge the gap between ambitious goals and actual cultural change, focusing on leadership, culture, equity, healing, and organisational cohesion.
At Inclusivitii, my team and I have successfully spearheaded the design, delivery, and evaluation of complex culture change, EDI and anti-racism programmes across sectors such as health (including the NHS and Cancer Research), genomic diversity, preventive medicine, climate change, sustainability, higher education, public funding, and corporate sectors.
